Italian Bread with Both Roasted Garlic and a Balsamic & Olive Oil Dip |

This recipe for is just hot bread with two dips - a roasted garlic one and a balsamic, olive oil one.

Ingredients
2 large heads of Garlic
Olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Ciabatta bread
Method
- The heads of garlic need to be quite big (not the walnut sized ones that you get at supermarkets!). Preheat the oven to 180 (160 fan oven) gas 4. Put the whole garlic in a roasting tray and drizzle with olive oil. Roast for around half an hour until soft.
- In the meantime in a small flat serving dish mix together 2oz (55ml) each of the balsamic vinegar and the olive oil.
- Warm the bread through and slice. This can all be placed in the middle of the table. Finally, remove the garlic, slice in two horizontally and let people scoop the roasted garlic out to eat on the bread as well as use the balsamic olive oil dip.
