Your use of the Dinner at Home website and by placing an order with Dinner at Home you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are supplemental to any additional terms that might apply to specific transactions such as special offers, promotions or the use of gift vouchers whose terms are set out separately.
Placing an order with Dinner at Home
You can place an order online at the Dinner at Home website, or by phone on +44(0)1664 840765.
When you place an order you are making an offer to Dinner at Home to purchase the goods detailed in the order subject to these terms.
When you have placed an order online we will send you an automatic email confirmation that your order has been received. This email is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted and it is not a confirmation that we will be able to meet your order. A contract between you and Dinner at Home for the sale of the products will only exist once the order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.
All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. If the product(s) on your order are not available we will notify you by email or telephone.
Cancellation
Dinner at Home may cancel any sale and not supply the products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
You may normally cancel your order up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel your order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded.
Price & Payment
We currently accept online payment via PayPal and it is possible to pay by visa, mastercard, amex, switch and delta. You must pay for your order before it is delivered.
The prices shown on the Dinner at Home website are quoted in UK pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at 17.5%.
Outside the UK your credit card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate. Please note that all charges and refunds are in UK pounds sterling (£) and Dinner at Home cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes which are your responsibility where they apply. We cannot advise you of these charges, please consult your local customs office.
Delivery
A delivery charge will be added to your order where appropriate. You will be notified of the delivery cost for your order before you submit your credit card details.
We will make every effort to deliver to you within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to you directly or indirectly by late delivery. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates and may be subject to change.
Returns.
If you change your mind about our products you can return your order for any reason within 3 months of receipt for an exchange or refund. Please follow the simple steps below:
- Fill in the returns form included in your parcel noting whether you would like an exchange or refund. There is no need to call us.
Return the product(s) to us in perfect condition (unused and in their original packaging). Send your parcel to:

- Please ensure products are returned complete, unused, unwashed and in original packaging as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they are not in perfect condition.
If you received damaged or faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full (including the original postage charge for refunds). Please follow the simple steps below:
- Please call us on 01664 840765 within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain instructions on how to return the goods to us.
- Faulty/damaged goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel. Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
We will write to confirm when your return or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days.
