Ingredients
- 40 ml medium sherry
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp five spice
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- A pork tenderloin
Method
- This is so easy! Put all the ingredients (bar the pork) in a bowl and mix.
- Cut the pork in to big chunks and put in a sealable bag, pour in the sauce and leave to marinade over night.
- When ready to cook you can either fry the pork or, for a healthier option lay the pieces on a wire rack over a grill pan and cook in a hot oven (200°C) for around 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle over some chopped coriander and serve with either boiled rice or vegetable noodles. Yum!
