Simon & Tim Jones produce the award winning famous Lincolnshire Poacher cheese using unpasteurized milk from their own dairy herd. A delicious hard cheese with a unique flavour and texture. They also offer Artisan cheeseboards, hampers and cheese accompaniments as well as the wedding cheese cakes (celebration cheeses).
