Saltby Pasture is a private small holding that focusses on rearing sheep and veal calves in an ethical and caring way to produce high quality and delicious meats. They are situated six miles from Melton Mowbray, England's Rural Capital of Food, and have 25 acres to graze their flock of Lincoln Longwool sheep and dairy calves for veal. They also stock lesser know meats including mutton, hoggett and British rose veal.
