Situated in Leicestershire this farm is the home of the three-bird roast which is goose stuffed with a chicken, stuffed with a pheasant and the whole thing layered up with spiced pork and orange. This year (2012) alone, they will have 5000 geese, of which 1000 will become part of the famous Three Bird Roast. In addition, they have 760 free-range bronze turkeys and a host of farm made produce to tickle your taste-buds and satisfy your Christmas.
In the summer they also have a huge selection of pick your own fruit including strawberries, tayberries, blackcurrents, and worcesterberries.
